What will you require of me?
You provide us with the information of your Insureds, the requirements you have for their certificates of insurance, the wording for letters to those Insureds, and the names of associates at your company who need access to the exposure reports via the Internet. We’ll take care of the rest.

What happens to the hard copies of my certificates?
All copies of certificates we receive at our office are stored and shipped back to you at the end of each contract year. However, since all certificates are stored as electronic files, you always have access to the certificate images via the Internet.
What if I would rather do the tracking myself?
Cert Tracking has a unique partnership with DataTracPlus. This company sells the insurance tracking software that we use to track your certificates. If you would like to do your own tracking, using this innovative software will automate the process and lessen the time you spend on certificate tracking. Another benefit for you is that with our partnership, Cert Tracking can start off doing the tracking for you and you could later purchase the software will all of your data if you wish to bring the certificate tracking program in-house.
