Features that work for you – Reports

Once company information and Insured’s certificates of insurance are entered into our database, you have access to timely exposure reports designed to keep your company personnel continually aware of the insurance compliance status of your Insureds. Internet reports and images are updated on a daily basis. While some of the reports, such as the Expiration Report, offer a list of all Insureds with certain problems, others such as the Insureds Summary Report, provide a comprehensive report about a specific Insured. All deficiencies are displayed in red for easy evaluation.

Your company can choose to give associates secure Internet access to a subset of Program reports. The following reports are available. All reports are Project specific.

• No Problems Insureds whose certificates are compliant.
• Insufficient AMBest Report Companies with insurance that does not meet your Rating Requirements.
• Expired Certificates Displays Insureds with certificates which are expired.
• Summary Problems An overview of all Insureds with problems.
• Cancelled Certificates Insureds whose policy(s) has been or will be cancelled on the date shown.
• Insured Listing Insureds and their contact information (sorted by Active and Inactive).
• Summary of Certificates Insureds with policy expiration dates.
• Certificates Expired in Date Range Insured policies that will expire in date range.
• Contracts by Insured Provides a list of all contracts for each Insured.
• Improper Endorsements Insureds without correct Additional Insured or waiver statements.
• No Certificate Report Insureds sent No Certificate letters on a certain date.
• Renewal Letter Report Insureds that were sent a renewal letter on a certain date.
• Deficiency Letter Report Insureds sent one of the deficiency letters on a certain date.
• Insured Summary Report Summary of each Insured's certificate status.
• Insufficient Limits Report Compares certificate limits with required limits.
• Compliance Deficiencies Insureds with basic Compliance deficiencies
• Insureds by Insurance Company Insurance companies with their Insureds.
• Summary Status for Each Project Insureds with policy expiration dates by Project.
• Overview Report List of all Insureds sorted by Project with overview of their Insurance compliance.
