Features that work for you – Reports

Once company information and Insured’s certificates of insurance are entered into our database, you have access to timely exposure reports designed to keep your company personnel continually aware of the insurance compliance status of your Insureds. Internet reports and images are updated on a daily basis. While some of the reports, such as the Expiration Report, offer a list of all Insureds with certain problems, others such as the Insureds Summary Report, provide a comprehensive report about a specific Insured. All deficiencies are displayed in red for easy evaluation.

Your company can choose to give associates secure Internet access to a subset of Program reports. The following reports are available. All reports are Project specific.

Summary Status: A list of Insureds for each Project with insurance policy expiration dates.

AMBest: Certificates display insurance provided by one or more insurance companies that do not meet the required AMBest Rating.

Cancellation: A list of Insureds that have one or more insurance policies that have been or will be cancelled on the date shown.

Insured: A summary of a selected Insured’s record comparing required coverage with coverage provided on the certificate submitted.

Deficiency: Insureds that are deficient and their contact information.

Coverages: A list of Insureds who have not submitted the proper type of coverage.

Summary Problems: An overview of all problems sorted by Project.

Compliance: A list of Insureds who have met all their insurance requirements.

Expiration: A list of Insureds with one or more insurance policies that have expired and the date of expiration.

Basic Compliance: A list of Insureds with basic compliance deficiencies.

Missing Policies: Insurance included on a certificate with no policy number.
