Cert Tracking offers a full range of certificate tracking services to meet your needs. With the advanced system we use, we are able to offer you the following services:

• Track for up to six (6) types of insurance: General Liability, Auto­mobile, Workers Compen­sation, Excess, En­vi­ron­mental, and Pro­fes­sional. Additional types can tracked at a nominal cost.
• Establish different insurance requirements for different Insureds depending on the possible associated risk their company presents.
• Track endorsement compliance for Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation.
• Track compliance for items such as certificate received, expiration of coverage, 30-day cancellation notice, original and/or signed certificate, primary insurance, etc.
• Save scanned images of certificates or endorsements with easy viewing on the Internet.
• Provide Internet Reports with up to the minute information on compliance for all your Insureds.
• Track by projects assigned to Insureds. Letters will reference the assigned project and Internet Reports will sort the Insureds by assigned project.
• Track for a minimum A M Best rating for insurance companies providing coverage on certificates.
• Fax or email letters to Insureds requesting renewed certificates, requesting a certificate if one is not on file, or requesting a corrected certificate if deficiencies are found.
• Maintain a perpetual audit trail of certificates and all correspondence.
