For all packages starting with Basic Tracking, Cert Tracking will enter Insureds in the database, request certificates from Insureds, track expiration dates, enter renewed certificates, and provide secure web reports. In addition to these services, you may opt for:

• Send 1 faxed or e-mailed Renewal Request Letter to Insureds

• Track Deficiencies including No Certificate, Expirations, Additional Insureds statements
• Enter renewed and corrected certificates
• Send 2 faxed or e-mailed Deficiency & Renewal Letters to Insureds

Basic + +

• Track Deficiencies including No Certificate Expirations, Additional Insureds, Insufficient limits, Waiver of Subrogation, 30 day notice
• Enter renewed and corrected certificates
• Send 3 faxed or e-mailed Deficiency & Renewal Letters to Insureds

Full Service

• Provide insurance certificate images for web viewing
• Track Deficiencies including No Certificate, Expirations, Additional Insureds, Insufficient limits, Waiver of Subrogation, 30 day notice

• Offer on-line and phone help for Insureds
